On July 1, 2017 Efteling's newest attraction Symbolica officially opened, in honor of Efteling's 65th anniversary. In this trackless dark ride, guests are invited for an audience with King Pardulfus Domerano and will be led through the magical and hidden rooms of the Palace.
A Guided Tour with Tony Baxter - A Dream Come True

On March 31, 2017 at 2.00 pm i had the amazing opportunity to meet Tony Baxter and be part of a one hour tour with him and a few other fans through the park. Being very interested in the design of the Disney parks and Imagineering for so many years this was a dream come true. And as the only European female on the tour, i felt honoured to be representing so many women.

Music in the Parks

Music can give you so many emotions. It can make you feel happy, sad, it can bring back nice memories, it can make you feel excited, it can make you feel relaxed and it even can make you look forward to something that hasn't happened yet.
Themepark music is able to do this too! Through the years lots of beautiful scores have been written for shows, parades and attractions. And many of these scores have been written by movie composers.
Music is a big part of your experience when you're in a Disney park. From the moment you arrive, music immerses you into the magic. Like soundtracks can do with movies. Even if you don't realize it, there is music everywhere.

On April 12, 2016 it was the 24th anniversary of Disneyland Paris. Fans might have expected some exciting news for the 25th anniversary, but instead Disneyland Paris made another huge announcement, which none of us expected.

Rumors were there for quite a long time. The show Animagique would stop and would be followed up by a new show. A few months ago this news became reality and the show at the Walt Disney Studios Park, in Disneyland Paris would have it's last show on January 31, 2016.

After looking forward to it so much, the Shareholders preview for Ratatouille was finally there on Saturday, June 28, 2014. But to be honest the day i expected the most of was the least one of my three day trip. Maybe my expectations of this day and the attraction were a bit too high, i don’t know.
