Christophe Murphy Appointed as President of Disneyland Paris

Today, it was announced that Christophe Murphy has been appointed President of Disneyland Paris, starting July 6. With more than 35 years of experience at Disney, Christophe has held senior leadership roles across Europe and Asia. Most recently, as Senior Vice President of Operations at Disneyland Paris, he oversaw the end-to-end operational strateg for two of the company’s most ambitious milestones: the inauguration of Disney Adventure World and the opening of World of Frozen. Under his leadership, teams successfully delivered large-scale operational readiness programs, ensuring a seamless launch for both guests and Cast Members.

Greenery and immersion: the new landscape design of Disney Adventure World

While the slopes of the North Mountain in World of Frozen remain eternally snow-covered, spring flourishes everywhere else within the extension of Walt Disney Studios Park (to be renamed Disney Adventure World from 29 March), unveiling a rich tapestry of ever more dazzling landscaped scenes.

This verdant journey begins at the entrance to Adventure Way. A true plant-lined “Main Street”, this peaceful haven offers guests a seamless transition between the vibrant world of shows at World Premiere Plaza and the immersive adventures that await around Adventure Bay.
