The Magic Pass comes to Disneyland Paris

May 24, 2018

On March 12 2018, Disneyland Paris launched the MagicPass, a multifunction and contactless card that allows the dematerialization of many services offered to customers of Disney Hotels. The Magic Pass, which greatly enhances our guests' experience, is currently being rolled out at our hotels (the first being Disney's Hotel New York), and this process will end this summer. Discover without delay the main informations to understand how it works!

What are the dematerialiazed services offered by the Magic Pass?

- room keys*
- park tickets
- meal tickets
- tickets for “Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show…. with Mickey and friends!” dinner show
- special event tickets (Halloween, Disneyland Paris Magic Run Weekend, etc.)
- add-ons (birthday cakes, Character breakfast, etc.)
- hotel charge documentation

* Only at Disney’s Newport Bay Club, Disney’s Hotel Santa Fe, and Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne
This pass does not include boutique discounts and excursions, among other things, whose format will remain paper.

Why is this new system being put in place?

Disneyland Paris is continuously working to improve its services and processes so that guests have the simplest and most magical experience possible. The MagicPass will give our guests a more convenient experience, bringing together essential services for a seamless stay at our resort.

When will the MagicPass be rolled out?

To ensure a smooth roll-out for our guests, the Magic Pass will be implemented in waves. The first hotel will be Disney’s Hotel New York, starting March 12.

Why does this not apply to groups?

To ensure a smooth roll-out for our guests, the MagicPass will be implemented in waves. The MagicPass will be available for groups later.

What happens if my card is lost, stolen, or demagnetized?

If the card is stolen, lost, or demagnetized, the card will be canceled and replaced, and guests can continue to enjoy its benefits. Guests can obtain a new MagicPass in the hotels or parks (City Hall or Guest Relations).

Why aren't we using the MagicBand that Walt Disney World uses in Florida?

Disneyland Paris is continuously working to improve its services and processes so that guests have the simplest and most magical experience possible. We chose the solution best suited to our own resort and its facilities.
